If you are wondering how you can start displaying your photo tour company in our directory, here is the correct procedure:
1) Choose a membership level that suits your needs from this page.
2) Once payment is made, you will be able to create your dedicated page. Full instructions can be found in your profile page.
3) When you have created your dedicated page and our staff have checked and approved it, we will display it on the website's homepage.
4) You can then create unlimited single workshops that will be attached to your dedicated page. Full instructions can be found in your profile page.
What can I display in my dedicated page?
Your dedicate page needs to represent your photo tour company. You need to make sure you add the best description possible.
Where will my dedicated page be displayed?
If you have a premium membership package, your page will be displayed on the homepage as well as the category (country) that your company is based.
Can I promote individual workshops inside the content display of my dedicated page?
No, you can't. The monthly payment of £5, £10, £20, depending your membership level, is for promoting your dedicated page only.
What is the minimum contract duration?
There are no contracts. You can start and stop whenever you wish. You can also upgrade and downgrade your membership level whenever you wish.
How do I make payments?
You pay with your debit/credit card.
How can I cancel my membership?
You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from within your profile page.
Do you take photo tour bookings and deal with payments?
No, we do not. We transfer potential clients to your website where they can make a direct booking on your website's page.
Do you offer editorial for the workshop content?
We run a soft proofing on workshop content up to 150 words. If your workshop contains more than 150 words, it your responsibility to make sure grammar and spelling are correct.
When I edit my dedicated page, it vanishes from the homepage, why?
For obvious reasons, every time you edit your dedicated page, it goes into moderation. A member of the staff is notified, checks the page to make sure everything is in order and publishes it. Moderation can take between 1-12 hours.
How can I promote individual photo tours?
You can display unlimited individual photo tours below your dedicated page, these cost £15 or €17 or $19 each (one-off payment). Individual photo tours will be deactivated and stop display at the date your photo tour commences. If for instance your photo tour starts on the 10th of March, the photo tour below your page will stop displaying on the 7th of March the same year.
Can I display a photo tour that commences 18 months from now?
Photo tours can be displayed and promoted for up to 1 year. For example: although you can create a photo tour that will commence 18 months later, we will display and promote the photo tour for the next 12 months – the photo tour will be deactivated for the last 6 months.
Where are individual photo tours displayed on the website?
Every individual photo tour will be be displayed below your dedicated page, on the homepage and in up to 3 categories of your choice. For instance, if your individual workshop runs on the Isle of Skye in Scotland, you can choose the categories 'Isle of Skye', 'Scotland' and 'UK'.
Can I edit a photo tour?
Although you can edit your dedicated page, you cannot edit your individual photo tours. Saying that, if you wish to make a change to it, you can use the contact form and we will do our best to help with any changes.
What are the social media channels in which my page and photo tours will be promoted in?
Our social media audience is over 530,000 people. Below you can find a list of the social media channels we share your dedicated page and your single workshops. On some channels we share only once, on others we share every 8 hours, while on others we share once a day or every other day.
Our aim is to promote Brand Awareness and promoting your brand is our top priority as we make sure you reach a new audience.
